One Founder – One Vision
I founded STASTERIA because I believe the future of space will raise legal and political questions that cannot be answered simply by repeating the rules and assumptions of the past.
My work began in space law, but it has increasingly taken me toward jurisprudence—the questions behind the law. Sovereignty, jurisdiction, legitimacy, responsibility, and the foundations of future space governance are not abstract problems to me. They are questions that humanity will eventually have to answer as our presence beyond Earth becomes permanent.
My background spans philosophy, English, European and international law, space law, and American law. I bring those different perspectives to every problem, but I do not believe that new problems always have old answers. Sometimes the first step is being willing to question the assumptions everyone else has accepted.
That is why I created STASTERIA: to think seriously about what comes next.
